FAQ
How is this different from the traditional medical model of going to the ER / primary care physician?
We take a human first approach on 3 fronts; the brain wants to heal, we only need to supplement and support it’s natural pathways. We also believe in speed to care, by getting you started within 2 days of contact we start the healing, we will modify as tests come back and symptoms change. Most importantly, we treat the person, your education and pairing with a dedicated coach ensures on-going healing versus take a pill and let’s talk in 4 weeks.
What is the protocol itself?
We utilize high-dose, high-quality Omega-3’s to saturate the brain with the same fats your brain was formed with when born. We additionally support the gut health to ensure those Omega-3’s cross the blood brain barrier. The third components of the protocol are aligned by patient, for those with sleep issues, anxiety, etc. to heal and not have to manage symptoms forever.
Can this be covered by insurance?
Yes, components (to include all) can be covered by insurance or your Health Savings Account depending on your coverage. We will cover on your initial call to discuss the financials.
Are there restrictions on states for care?
No, we have providers available in all regions and depending on the complexity of your case, we will start and work towards any restrictions for your future next steps.
Do you support larger organizations and not just individuals?
We have evolved from caring for high-risk veterans whose injuries were years prior. The best approach is integrated into organizations that have a shared concern for high-risk patients (insurance, sports organization, law enforcement). We have programs to ensure the leaders are trained and they have the protocols on hand to start hours and not days, weeks, years later as concussion symptoms start presenting.
